Driven. It's what makes a person try over a dozen different weight loss and fitness programs in search of something that not only works but is healthy for the body, mind, and spirit. It is not about just dropping a few pounds but it is about setting a goal and not stopping till it is reached.

The key word in the above sentence is "helped". hCG is fantastic, but the plan and protocol continues to be a work in progress. There are some who have claimed that you can eat anything you want to after finishing the hCG Protocol. That is just not true. There is no way that we can return to our old (and often BAD) eating habits that got us fat in the first place. These so-called "pioneers" of hCG really have no idea about diet beyond an effort to simplify Dr. Simeons' methods. They have no concept of maintenance which is truly the real challenge behind any diet...namely to KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF! No they missed the next thing needed.
Committed. It's what Happily Thinner After is all about. It is what causes us to look closer at individuals and note the different effects that hCG and dieting have on them. It is about finding the various results as individuals all follow a single pattern and learning how to help them adjust when and as needed. It is also about arming these individuals with the information needed to get back on track when their diet has an unexpected turn for the worse, or when one has strayed from Protocol. And being committed helps us continue to build our resources to bring you this information in both a quick and personal way.
Boot Camp has served very well in this area. Hundreds of individuals have found help with our coaching program within and many have been in a maintenance phase for some time. They now look at food differently, understand how to gather nutritional information, and best yet, how to make good decisions in every day eating. There is also my Personal Coaching. Focusing on JUST THE PERSON has had a profound effect not just on my clients, but me as well. It has aided an understanding of the differences in persons to a level that I never got just by reading about it.
